The intended audience for the
technology staff development curriculum in terms of the principles of andragogy
and technology adoption would be a staff or faculty who use note taking as a
resource in their class. As stated earlier, this staff development is ideal for
teachers in a high school setting that students have access to hardware or
devices that the technology can be accessed. Specifically, teachers who teach
entry level courses to departments will be ideal for students to learn how to
use the software. I think it would work best for these students to learn it the
first year, then every year after, the higher level courses will implement the
technology in to their course. The introductory classes will give students some
consistency of using the technology which will make them experienced in the
software and will help student learning overall.
